VapeCon starter kits upgrades and spare parts (Robust Pro) (v2)
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering setup, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Local availability in Romania shapes the practical answer more than the marketing does. In Romania, availability of the 1.4 Ω mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself.
The gap between a mid-range and a premium vapecon starter kits narrows once you know which components you actually use. Pricing in Romania shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current RON rates rather than a fixed list price.
The build quality on Innokin Sceptre is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over Micro-USB takes about 45 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.
Comparing this against a 40:60 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 5.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 883 full puffs from a charge at 3 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
The Forest Green finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the magnetic contact takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For tank lovers, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.
Battery behaviour is where the Innokin Sceptre earns its keep: the 3000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 65 and recharges over Micro-USB. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 40:60 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Cola Zero: sweet, fizzy, described as cola sweetness with a light fizz. On a 40:60 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.4 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.4 Ω mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
