How we test VapeCon starter kits in Romania (2026) (v9)
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering dispatch times, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
The gap between a mid-range and a premium vapecon starter kits narrows once you know which components you actually use. Comparing this against a 70:30 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.
Finding the right vapecon starter kits in Romania is easier than most catalogues make it sound. The build quality on Uwell Calibre is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry.
The Crimson Red finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the magnetic contact takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For nic salt users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.
Vapour production is more than adequate at 70, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
Airflow control on the Uwell Calibre is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank. Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 48 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 70:30 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Romania shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current RON rates rather than a fixed list price.
Battery behaviour is where the Uwell Calibre earns its keep: the 2000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 70 and recharges over Type-C fast charge. Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.15 Ω dual mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Romania, availability of the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Kiwi Lime: tangy, green, described as tart kiwi balanced by lime. On a 70:30 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.15 Ω dual mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.15 Ω dual mesh and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Take the time to get it right the first time; the difference shows up over months of use rather than days.
