How we test VapeCon starter kits in Romania (8.0 ml)
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering shipping zones, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Budget matters in Romania, but with vapecon starter kits the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
Local availability in Romania shapes the practical answer more than the marketing does. Vapour production is more than adequate at 40, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying.
Battery behaviour is where the Beipu B2 earns its keep: the 2500 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 40 and recharges over Micro-USB. We would pair the Beipu B2 with a 40:60 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.6 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
For nic salt users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 40:60 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly.
What surprised us most was how little the 0.6 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 40:60 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Cobalt Blue finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. The Cobalt Blue finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Lemon Lime Soda: citrusy, crisp, described as zesty lemon over lime with gentle carbonation. On a 40:60 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.6 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.6 Ω mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 bottom pin matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
