Budget VapeCon starter kits picks under 10 in Romania (120 W)
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering new arrivals, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
There is no single best vapecon starter kits for everyone in Romania, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. What surprised us most was how little the 1.0 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 30:70 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.
Anyone who has compared vapecon starter kits options in Romania quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. For pod fans, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.
We would pair the RELX Pro with a 30:70 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.0 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.
Battery behaviour is where the RELX Pro earns its keep: the 1000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 65 and recharges over Micro-USB. Expect roughly 409 full puffs from a charge at 0 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.0 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. Delivery across Romania is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.
The 3.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. Delivery across Romania is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Blueberry Muffin: creamy, sweet, described as baked blueberry with a soft crumb. On a 30:70 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.0 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.0 Ω mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 bottom pin matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Our advice is to order one, use it for a fortnight, and only then decide whether to stock up.
