VapeCon starter kits review: everyday edition (Suorin Air Plus)
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering review, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
We spent weeks putting vapecon starter kits options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. The Rose Quartz finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.
Most Romania buyers start with a well-known brand name and then discover that fit and coil availability matter far more. Comparing this against a 40:60 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.
The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 40:60 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Romania shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current RON rates rather than a fixed list price. Airflow control on the Wismec Reuleaux is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank.
What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 40:60 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Rose Quartz finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510 thread takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
Comparing this against a 40:60 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 1.6 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 1080 full puffs from a charge at 3 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. Pricing in Romania shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current RON rates rather than a fixed list price.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Frozen Berry Sorbet: sweet, icy, described as cold berry inhale with a soft exhale. On a 40:60 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 thread matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
