Budget VapeCon starter kits picks under 80 in Romania (Watermelon Chill)
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering long-term test, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Budget matters in Romania, but with vapecon starter kits the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. Expect roughly 1709 full puffs from a charge at 6 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
Search results for vapecon starter kits in Romania are crowded, which is why this page focuses on what actually changes the experience. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 80:20 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly.
Vapour production is more than adequate at 50, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
The Lilac Mist finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For nic salt users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.
What surprised us most was how little the 1.5 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 80:20 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 44 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
Delivery across Romania is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. The build quality on Freemax Maxus is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Cinnamon Danish: sweet, spiced, described as cinnamon pastry with a light glaze. On a 80:20 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.5 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.5 Ω regular and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 bottom pin matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
