VapeCon starter kits reviews: tested in Romania (2026) (v9)
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering compliance, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Anyone who has compared vapecon starter kits options in Romania quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. The silicone tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.
Local availability in Romania shapes the practical answer more than the marketing does. What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 80:20 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.
The silicone tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips. Comparing this against a 80:20 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 8.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.
Battery behaviour is where the RELX Pro earns its keep: the 2000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 150 and recharges over USB-C. We would pair the RELX Pro with a 80:20 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over USB-C takes about 86 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the USB-C socket on the base and whether the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation.
Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Romania, availability of the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The silicone tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Mango Tango Ice: sweet, tropical, described as ripe mango warmed by a light menthol coolness. On a 80:20 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the Q-Plus matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
