Romania VapeCon starter kits FAQ and answers: Flavour
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering beginner guide, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.

Local availability in Romania shapes the practical answer more than the marketing does. Vapour production is more than adequate at 100, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying.
The Champagne Gold finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510 thread takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For beginners, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.
Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 0.6 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the Hcigar Akso earns its keep: the 800 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 100 and recharges over Micro-USB. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.
The build quality on Hcigar Akso is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over Micro-USB takes about 54 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.
The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 30:70 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Romania shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current RON rates rather than a fixed list price. Airflow control on the Hcigar Akso is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Coconut Pineapple: creamy, tropical, described as smooth coconut layered over pineapple. On a 30:70 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.6 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.6 Ω mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 thread matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
