VapeCon starter kits for budget shoppers: what works (Cinnamon Danish) (v2)
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering aroma, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
There is no single best vapecon starter kits for everyone in Romania, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. Charging over USB-C takes about 79 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.
Most Romania buyers start with a well-known brand name and then discover that fit and coil availability matter far more. Pricing in Romania shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current RON rates rather than a fixed list price.
We would pair the Vaporesso Tarot with a 70:30 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.
Two things to check before ordering: the USB-C socket on the base and whether the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the Vaporesso Tarot earns its keep: the 1000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 80 and recharges over USB-C. We would pair the Vaporesso Tarot with a 70:30 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably.
The 3.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 1133 full puffs from a charge at 6 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
Worth noting that the Q-Plus takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For budget shoppers, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Pineapple Ice Cream: creamy, sweet, described as dairy-style pineapple dessert. On a 70:30 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω regular and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the Q-Plus matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
If any of the above addresses what you were trying to solve, the rest of the pages in this section cover it in more detail.
