VapeCon starter kits reviews: tested in Romania (3.0 ml)
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering comparison, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Local availability in Romania shapes the practical answer more than the marketing does. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
We spent weeks putting vapecon starter kits options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. Comparing this against a 40:60 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.
The build quality on RELX Pro is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 27 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.
The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 40:60 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Graphite finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.
The silicone tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips. Comparing this against a 40:60 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 1.6 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.
Airflow control on the RELX Pro is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank. Vapour production is more than adequate at 30, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Expect roughly 1285 full puffs from a charge at 6 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Coconut Pineapple: creamy, tropical, described as smooth coconut layered over pineapple. On a 40:60 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 bottom pin matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
